1. Terms of Sale

1.1 Eligibility

Our distribution accounts are available only to approved businesses and resellers. Proof of business status (e.g., tax ID, reseller certificate) may be required.

1.2 Minimum Order Requirements

      • All orders must meet a minimum order value of $100.00
      • Reorders are subject to the same minimum unless otherwise stated in writing.

1.3 Pricing

      • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
      • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Confirm pricing at the time of order.
      • Volume-based discounts may be available.

1.4 Payment Terms

      • Accepted payment methods:  ACH, bank transfer, check
      • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full prior to shipment.
      • Net terms Net 30 are extended to approved accounts only.

1.5 Shipping

      • Orders are shipped FOB from Addison, IL, with the buyer responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
      • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

1.6 Backorders

      • Items not available at the time of shipping may be backordered or canceled based on customer preference.
      • Backordered items will be shipped as soon as available, unless otherwise instructed.

1.7 Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

  1. Return & Exchange Policy

2.1 Warranty

      • Supertek Scientific warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
      • Warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of invoice
      • All products will conform to the published technical specifications at the time of delivery.

2.1 Returns for Defective or Damaged Products

      • Inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.
      • Claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 business days of receipt.
      • Approved returns will be eligible for replacement, credit, or refund, at our discretion.
      • Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.

2.2 Unauthorized Returns

      • Returns without prior authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.
      • To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), contact us at info@superteksci.com.

2.3 Non-Defective Returns

      • Non-defective items may be returned at our discretion and must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
      • A 25% restocking fee may apply.
      • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

2.4 Final Sale Items

      • The following items are non-returnable:
        • Custom or special-order products
        • Closeout or clearance merchandise
        • Products that have been used, opened, or altered
  1. Cancellation Policy
    • Orders may be canceled prior to shipment without penalty.
    • Orders canceled after shipment will be subject to return policies and applicable restocking fees.
  1. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
