Warranty Coverage

  • Supertek Scientific warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
  • This warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of invoice.
  • All products will conform to the published technical specifications at the time of delivery.

Warranty Exclusions

  • The warranty does not cover:
    • Damage due to improper use, negligence, accidents, or incorrect maintenance.
    • Normal wear and tear.
    • Extreme conditions (temperature, humidity, dirt, or corrosion).
    • Accessory components (rubber, plastic, etc.), batteries, and consumables.
    • Accidents, disasters, or force majeure.
    • Power issues (failures/surges).
    • Use with non-Seller equipment/component/software.
  • Warranty Void Conditions – All warranties will be immediately voided if:
    • Any installation, service, repair, relocation, or modification is carried out by unauthorized personnel without prior written approval from the Supertek Scientific.
    • Replacement parts not supplied or approved by the Seller are used.

Warranty Claims & Verification

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/bill of sale) is mandatory.
  • Customer complaint form with images/videos must be submitted.
  • Serial number verification (if applicable) required.

Supertek Scientific’s Obligations During Warranty

  • Repair or replacement of defective products or components at Supertek Scientific’s sole discretion.
  • Replacement parts may be either new or refurbished.
  • Warranty period may be extended if ongoing issues are unresolved at the end of the warranty period.

Distributor Responsibilities

  • Must notify Supertek Scientific promptly in writing upon discovering any defect.
  • Must provide product details Image, model number, serial number, and claim details.
  • Replaced parts must be returned or disposed of as per Supertek Scientific’s instructions.
  • Obtain prior approval for any repairs undertaken by the distributor; unauthorized repairs will not be reimbursed.
  • Any part replacement will be on an FCA (Free Carrier) basis.

Decontamination Procedures for Returning Items

  • In certain cases, Supertek Scientific may require a Decontamination Certificate prior to accepting a returned item. This certificate serves as confirmation that the item has been thoroughly cleaned and is free from any hazardous or biological contamination.

Faulty Material Disposal (Post-Replacement)

  • After a product is replaced, the buyer must share a Disposal Certificate from an authorized recycler for the faulty item.

Loaner Units: (temporary replacement units)

  • Loaner units may be provided at the sole discretion of the Supertek Scientific as temporary replacements while the original equipment is under repair.
  • Provision of such units is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
  • Freight for the loaner unit has to borne by Distributor.

Limitation of Liability:

  • Supertek Scientific’s liability is limited exclusively to the repair or replacement of the product.
  • Supertek Scientific does not warrant error-free operation or guarantee any specific results or performance outcomes.
  • All other warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed.
  • Supertek Scientific’s liability is capped at the product’s invoice price.
